WHERE CAN I HOST MY PAWTY?

We can set up your pawty anywhere on Oahu. We will work together to come up with the perfect spot for your fur baby's special day. Whether it be your home, office, favorite beach or park - rest assured, the day will be pawsome! ​

CAN I ADD MORE PUPPY GUESTS?

Yes! Since the gift bags are curated, there is a one-week lead time to add more puppys. 

 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY PARTY?

Pupcake Party wants you to be 100% satisfied and sometimes, things come up and pawties need to be cancelled or rescheduled. If the pawty is 3 weeks or more, there is no cancellation fee. If the pawty is less than 3 weeks, there will be a charge for cake and supplies purchased given order lead times; said amount will be shared with the client.  

 

CAN WE SERVE ALCOHOL?

You may serve alcohol if the pawty is located in the home of a human. Unfortunately, we cannot serve alcohol in public parks or beaches.

 

WHAT IF A PUPPY ISN'T PLAYING NICE?

The safety of all the pups is most important therefore, if a puppy misbehaves, we will ask that puppy to leave (with his Pawty Treat Bag of course).

 

PUPPY PRESENTS

It is always lovely for the Pup of Honor to receive gifts! All gifts will be collected and given to the humans at the end of the pawty just so all the other puppy guests don't try to steal the thunder!  

 

RAIN/INCLEMENT WEATHER

Let's face it, we live in Hawaii and the weather changes every 5 minutes!  All the outdoor pawties are under a tent to protect from both rain and sun however, if the weather is proving extra challenging, we will make the call that morning and your pawty will be rescheduled at no extra charge.  

 

PHOTOS

Your event will be photographed.  Photos may be used on social media and our website. We ask that you tag us at @pupcakepartyllc or #pupcakeparty.  I will also share my best pawty shots with you to use as well. If you would like to hire a professional photographer for your pawty, I am happy to make recommendations and help arrange.
